Build Trust, Build Health: Fomentar la Confianza y Salud

LiveWell Greenville collaborated with key community partners, including , Bon Secours St. Francis, Furman University’s IACH, Hispanic Alliance, Prisma Health, and SC DHEC to receive a national grant: BUILD Health Challenge.  BUILD is an innovative funding collaborative, designed to support partnerships between community-based organizations, health departments, and health systems that are working to address important health issues in their community.

Building Resilience in OST and Beyond

Resilience is a strong indicator for an individual's success and healthy lifestyle. On Wednesday, November 30 from 8:30am-12noon at the University Center of Greenville (225 S Pleasantburg), attend this session to learn strategies on how to build support for all children experiencing toxic stress. Employees and congregants are able to make the healthy choice the easy choice where they work and pray.  24 worksites and 8 places of worship were recognized for adopting healthy eating and active living policies, systems and environments.  Close to 300 attendees enjoyed the Second Annual Wellies at Bons Secours St. Francis Wellness Arena on Thursday, September 19.
