Physical Activity is a proven method for reducing risk of heart disease and promoting heart health. This month LiveWell At Worship will focus it’s Quarterly Networking on a celebration of Heart Health through physical activity!

Clarence Parker of Health and Fitness Alliance will guide us through tangible daily exercises designed to strengthen our bodies and hearts! Come dressed in comfortable clothing, ready to implement these easy but effective movements.
