HEAL Board Officially Launches Work In White Horse Road Area
The 13 selected members of the Health Equity Action Leadership Board make up a diverse, multi-cultural, and multi-lingual group that will be meeting for the first time at Greenville Multicultural Church this evening. Meetings will continue 1-2 times a month thru May 2023 to develop policy recommendations to increase health equity in the White Horse Road Area.

Greenville County Food Equity Action Board (FEAB), made up of 14 residents from neighborhoods across Greenville County, met for nine two-hour sessions between November 2021 and March 2022 to connect, learn, and develop these policy recommendations.

LiveWell Where You Work and Worship
Employees and congregants are able to make the healthy choice the easy choice where they work and pray. 24 worksites and 8 places of worship were recognized for adopting healthy eating and active living policies, systems and environments. Close to 300 attendees enjoyed the Second Annual Wellies at Bons Secours St. Francis Wellness Arena on Thursday, September 19.

Attend this forum on Thursday, June 20th from 10:30am-12:30pm to learn, implement and improve workplace Environments and Policies through low to no cost initiatives. Attendees will learn from experts in the field about various resources and tools for making policy and environmental changes that support healthy eating in the workplace.
