Greenville County Food Equity Action Board (FEAB), made up of 14 residents from neighborhoods across Greenville County, met for nine two-hour sessions between November 2021 and March 2022 to connect, learn, and develop the policy recommendations below.

This cross-generational, cross-cultural group advocates for change in their community from a unique understanding of food insecurity. FEAB members are invited to step into leadership roles within the Greenville County Food Security Coalition as it works to integrate these policy recommendations into the Coalition’s Community Action Plan.

Implementation of each of these policy recommendations developed by the FEAB has the potential to accelerate food equity in Greenville County.
