Active Grants

Partnerships to Improve Community Health (PICH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2014-2017), supports At Mealtime and At Play partners, LiveWell on the Menu, Park Hop, and the At School initiatives.

Funding from the Hollingsworth Funds provides coalition backbone support.

Funding from The Graham Foundation provides coalition backbone support.

The Jolley Foundation supports the implementation of the Early Childhood initiative.
