Creating a Mindfulness Culture in the Workplace

  LiveWell at Work for this summer’s Healthy Workplace Forum, “Creating a Mindfulness Culture in the Workplace” was facilitated by Kaitlin Blanco-Silva from Palmetto Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
